What do you do when you gain weight? The common answer that we will give is to EXERCISE. People are always battling with their weight issues especially me. I have gained a lot of weight lately... the most common and natural causes are food and lack of exercise. The nature of of human is eat to live NOT live to eat. However, in my case it iss live to eat. LOL. *sigh*. I know that I sound emotionally wrecked but I enjoy food so much rather than anything else now. I know I have to stop this unhealthy lifestyle and stop complaining about my weight too. My next goal is to loose weight. I want to stop my mom and somebody else from calling me 'fat'. LOL.
